Helpful if budgeting and driving less

With not many years no years claim, it was great to pay a reasonable one off fee plus my driving costs. As I had moved and lived closer to work and to where I meet friends etc. I now do more walking so not paying to have my car sitting on the drive way feels good but the cap on when I have to do long journeys definitely helps me out a lot as well. As someone who has a car but drives relatively little- less than two thousand miles a year - by miles offers a tailored product based on how many miles I actually drive each year that meets my needs and represents excellent value. A refreshing new concept of insurance

I've been with them about five months now, and I am delighted by the level of help supplied by customer service, on a couple of miner problems I had initially. Being a single pensioner, I don't do a lot of mileage in a year and the Pay-by-Miles concept is ideal for me. I'm saving about £250 a year on my previous insurance. Keep up the good work.
