By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I've only been with By Miles for a month but already I'm impressed. The set up was simple, and the customer services also answered another query I had very quickly. The phone app is very easy to use and mainly my insurance will be much cheaper due to my limited mileage. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

I was recommended bymiles from a friend. I looked into it thinking it would be a tricky insurer to use but it was so straight forward to use and even easier to contact someone for support. (Although not much was needed as everything was so simple) The app is certainly handy to track how far I’ve driven and to calculate my journey. It’s saved me so much money already on insurance I’m so glad I’ve found this and would recommend to everyone! Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

I thankfully have not had to make a claim but am assured by miles is backed by axa insurance which gives peace of mind. By miles offers me affordable insurance and have been quick to respond to any queries I’ve had. I have recommended to many of my friends. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019
