Unable to contact customer service

I was very keen to explore this as I rarely use my car these days. I have two questions for which I need responses before committing to a policy. For three weeks I have been emailing, calling and starting chats on their web site and not a single person has responded. A great shame . they have lost a keen customer through their unprofessional attitude to prompt customer service Reviewed on: 2nd October 2022

Why i like bymile

Bymile has been a life saver and has made my life financially sound. By paying only for the miles that I do I am more in control of my outgoing. By mile response team are very good and always get a prompt response. I am paying around 600 pound per year. Which is atleast 700 pound cheaper than most insurance and that too without a box. Fairly priced, tailored method of car insurance.

Find the feedback and communications are second to none. It is a convenient and simple process to use. Fair in that you basically only pay for use of the vehicle specific to your mileage. Reviewed on: 29th September 2022

Great until eenewal

No issues and a good service. Price then increased by around 50% after two years of consistent pricing. Was able to get a quote cheaper than my original amount elsewhere. Loyalty not being rewarded is a shame as the concept and service levels are otherwise excellent. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022
