By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great Insurance Company

I've been with By Miles for 3 years now and I'm quite happy especially with easy contact customer service. Whenever I have a question or issue, get answers and help in a few minutes via live chat. It's a great insurance company if you drive a few miles a day like me. It was also money saver during pandemic while we're in lockdown, not using the car and not paying while not driving. Great way to insure your car. You only pay for the miles you drive which means only one thing: Saving money. The added bonus of being able to use the plug-in as for car diagnostics is just brilliant.
