I’ve really been happy joining by miles , I’ve had a few conversations via the by miles app with the staff and they’re very helpful , I’ve always struggled financially to pay for my insurance by miles has helped me so much by allowing me to keep track of my miles without me paying too much either , great company would definitely recommend! App is great and customer service so friendly

I think the app is really good - it’s so easy to access all my policy documents, track my journeys, monitor the cost of them and make changes. I’ve also only had positive experiences of the customer service team, there has been some wait during busy times but they give you the option of calling you back if you leave a number which is very helpful. My only feedback would be that the app can be a little glitchy and despite prompting it to save my password I have to re type it every time I use the app. Highly recommend. Haven’t had to make any claims yet so can’t comment on that side of their service. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Great app view journeys

Best car insurance wver

I've been with ByMiles a few years now and it's definitely the best insurance I've ever had. It's perfect for me as I don't do that many miles. I pay so much to park then only pay for the miles I do. Overall this works out about half what I'd pay with other companies. What could be better!! Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Perfect for WFH drivers

I recently changed to ByMiles as my previous insurer decided to increase my insurance despite gaining another years no claims... ByMiles was the first 'cost per mile' insurer I have used and the money I have saved compared to other providers is insane... it was literally 50% cheaper going with ByMiles compared to my previous quote for renewal with another company. Installation of the tracker is really easy and if you struggle you can always find a YouTube tutorial for your specific car on where to plug it in. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
