Just brilliant insurance, paying just for the miles I drive. Kept informed about how much each journey costs me, and a great, user-friendly app. Great customer service with a human approach - such a change from ‘jobsworth’ companies who just want to make money out of customers. I have renewed for the second time, find it easy to do and fortunately not needed to claim, Bymiles keeps in touch with ideas and how to to get the most out of the APP, I like that I can trace where I have been, where my car is at any time and a bonus of being informed by the tracker if my car needs any work or if the battery is low Reviewed on: 17th August 2025
