Your in Control

Having just retired my annual mileage has fallen so I thought I would give By Miles my custom. I predict a saving by the end of the year compared to a fixed premium. I feel I am in control of my budget, journeys are visible immediately they are completed by the clever gadget installed in the vehicle and the associated Phone App and Website. The Miles app helps take away headaches of phoning an waiting around to talk to someone.. its fast and easy using the App also talking to customer service is never a long procedure always answer questions and deal with issues fast. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Top notch service and no gimmicks like other insurers

Haven’t been with them for years but for few months I have been, they’re absolutely fantastic, haven’t seen a better customer services agent before, no gimmick charges just to change tiniest things nor is there excuses when you’re making claims, so definitely one of the best insurer here in United Kingdom Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Great value and clear payments

This is my first year trying the pay-per-mile type insurance for my car and I don't think I'll be going back to the old way anytime soon. By Miles have a great app that keeps me updated on how much each trip costs, it even warns me if I've entered a zone which might require me to pay a fee, like ULEZ. It's great value for money and it keeps me aware of the amount and length of trips in the car, helping me to be more environmentally conscious. I definitely recommend them! Easy to setup, useful service and value for money

ByMiles Insurance was very quick and easy to setup with reliable cover for my driving needs. More importantly, I am able to save a lot of money by tracking my miles, especially when I work from home and use the car only for leisure. The best part is definitely the ByMiles App and has everything you need. It helps you see how much miles you are driving, where you have been travelling, all your policy information and the best part is your money gets refunded if you have Miles left over!
