Easy, flexible and reliable

Best value for money

Quick and easy to communicate. I was given a quote almost half what my previous insurer was offering. The app they use is also very useful and they are transparent with how everything works. Using the app you get to see and manage your mileage. I was worried about going on road trips during the holiday periods, but I didn't have to worry as they cap your mileage for the day at 150 miles, you get the rest for free essentially. They also care greatly for the environment, with their initiatives to support zero net emission and making drivers more aware and conscious of the environment. Drivers become more aware of the environment as they can see how many miles they have driven and they will consider if the journey was worth taking and the impact that has on the environment; they can also save more money too. Simply The Best!

Having been with By Miles for 3 year now, I can honestly say I have saved so much money! Through lock down, obviously I did not use my car as much and in return, I did not need to pay monthly insurance for a car that wasn't moving! Going forward with the cost of living rising, I am pleased to say I will again not notice this expense as it is already so cheap! My husband also uses By Miles and I am already preping the kids for when they reach 25! Customer service is always available and via chat which fits in with my lifestyle rather than spending hours on the phone.
