By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I could write many good words on how very pleased I am having found YOU, (who says that about an insurance company): firstly, you are very fair on miles driven,providing correct statements and I am always informed.The level of care is superb, always asking if I need hep and guidance especially on road conditions.I have never had such a good relationship. best IC ever! The way to go....

Recommended to me by my car dealer. Looked it up and decided it was the way for me as my mileage is quite low. You only pay for what you use. The website is clear and I get a breakdown of every journey I do and the cost. You do pay an initial amount to start and then monthly as you travel. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

I have been with ByMiles for just over 12 months now. The set up was very quick and easy. Both as a new and returning customer, they remain the cheapest insurance for me by over £100, so it's a no brainer. I recommend ByMiles to family and friends regularly. Also, they will fully cover my baby's carseat, not just issue vouchers for high Street retailers, should I be in an accident, which is very important to me. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

I’m now in my second year of using By Miles for my car insurance. The whole concept suits me perfectly as a fairly low mileage driver. I’m sure this will be more the way to come with insurance and in my opinion By Miles are well ahead. I find any contact is dealt with professionally, friendly and efficiently so gives you a feeling of confidence should you need any action in the future.
