Contacted By Miles for a quote last year as totally fed up with the high cost of insuring my vehicle. I was blown away by the quote I received and have been extremely happy to pay according to my use of the vehicle and not a fixed overall price. Recently my tracker wasn't working and I was contacted and politely advised of this and a replacement sent. I even got support to ensure it was properly fitted. Nothing seemed too much for staff. After starting a new job with a company van I started to do a lot less miles in my car. I came across By Miles and it was by far the best & cheapest insurance I could find. I have saved over £700 this year already & this is including my NCB being protected! An absolute game changer paying by mileage! Without this company I would of ended up selling my car. Since I joined this company, it has been rewarding and cost effective as I have only paid for what I drive. They are very honest and great money saver.
