By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great value and user friendly

Great value for people like me who are using very low mileage, everytime i have a query the staff have been very helpful. The app is very user friendly. This is my 3rd year using bymiles and so far im impressed, i have recommended them to a few others, and i wont be changing back to a large insurance company anytime soon.
