Easy to Insure and track millage

Website was easy to use. The tracker is delivered in time as expected and connects to the car as per the instructions. It is nice to have the ability to only pay for what miles you do, keep track of the journeys. Customer services are easy to contact and communicate with and the app works with no issues. Was great, but no customer loyalty

I've had two years with ByMiles on a Tesla S and they've been outstanding (although I haven't been through their claims process.) Unfortunately, this year they refuse to even quote for renewal when nothing has changed in my circumstances. It's fair, they can do this, but it's a bit rubbish from a customer perspective, and cost me hours to switch. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
