Great idea, great app, great price!

A slight hiccup with no reception in my driveway at the start but that was solved instantly with one call to your team. Since then, nothing but great value and a great app at a great price. Can't recommend enough. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Best insurance company by miles.

Best thing I did taking out insurance with BY Miles, competitive premiums and industry beating pay as you drive system puts you in control of how much or little you spend, just brilliant. And at the end of the twelve month cover you even get a refund for unused mileage, what more could you ask for. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Best policy I know.

It’s great to have a policy which takes account of how few miles i do. The app lets me know the cost of every journey- that’s great too. And when i’ve needed to contact them, it’s been easy. The best policy I’ve had, and ive been with them for 3 years now. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Just wonderful!

I have contacted customer service a couple of times and each thing has been dealt with quickly and the people i have spoken with are friendly and knowledgable. Nothing is too much, 1 of the times it was purely that I couldn’t find something on the webpage and they sent me the document and also told me where to find it next time without making me feel like a fool. Happy customer

I really like the fact that my insurance premiums benefit from my working habits and lifestyle as someone who doesn’t drive huge numbers of miles. I am a careful driver so having the in car monitor installed doesn’t bother me at all. I also really like the app, everything you need in one place and changes to policy etc are very easy to do within the app. This is my third year with By Miles and their pricing is competitive so I’m very happy to stay. Fair and good value for money

I like the principle of paying as you go, so you are paying for your actual mileage. Customer service has been very good, I contacted them when I had to problem solve my mileage tracker and they suggested a solution that worked. I've renewed my insurance with them for a second year. Pay by miles driven makes sense!

This model of car insurance just makes sense if you don’t drive much. Everything has been easy and staff very pleasant. Only slight issue has been that we visit a location regularly which has no mobile reception so the tracker stops working, has to be reset and time taken (by Miles and customer) communicating with support Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
