Perfect, simple insurance for low mileage drivers

Found By Miles on a comparison site. As I have low mileage per year, I thought I'd give it a go! Very impressed. Excellent value ! Easy instructions to start. The app means I keep track of mileage . At renewal I got a good renewal quote based on what I'd used. Also a refund of unused miles ! And if I go over I would only pay for extra miles I've used that month. Perfect for low mileage drivers. Great priced insurance for those who don’t drive much.

I was fed up paying through the nose for insurance when I hardly use my car when someone suggested By Miles. Love the fact it was nearly half price of my renewal quote and I even get the chance to get refunded should I not use my paid miles. This has actually made me think on how I use my car and made me change to public transport where I can to do my little bit for the environment. im kept updated on what I’ve used and the app is nice and simple. I like the idea of paying only for what I drive, and not more. It is also great to have a HUMAN customer service, who can be contacted in a variety of ways, including the old-fashioned, but still my favourite, way of phoning in. Reviewed on: 12th August 2025
