Prior to insurance with by miles I had been with my insurance provider for over 10 years. By miles beat their price by far and I have the bonus of a tracker so I can see at a glacé where my car is and has been plus what mileage im doing. Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

I had a non fault bump last year and the insurance was brilliant. Courtesy car delivered the next day, repair arranged and my car collected without delay and kept updated throughout the whole process. Every month informed if I have miles still left in my tank and the bonus of a refund at the end of the year if I use less mileage than anticipated. Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

Absolute sham of a company. The underwriting insurer is UK Insurance. In the event of a claim you will speak to Auxillus (claims handler). Then UKI will administer the claim except you will likely have to do EVERYTHING. None of the systems are joined up so there is no customer journey. No-one in UKI will own the case. Prepare for any email you send to go unanswered indefinitely. Garage will not be instructed. When they get instructed that will not be received. Eventually they are likely to write you car off based on images you send. You will get no response from their garage. AVOID. Go with a real insurer like One Call, not a broker. Pay more for that as not worth the aggravation of DIY claims. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
