By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

The whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish! Everything has been easy to set up, miles are so simple to track, the APP is so easy to use and so helpful! I bought a new car earlier this year and swapping my policy over was effortless through the app. Customer service is amazing too, someone is always on hand to help quickly.
