By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

One of my best decisions!

I joined By Miles some years ago, they were excellent then, they still are! The opportunity to pay for your insurance as and when and if is a great idea. I feel that I’m getting value for money as I’m only paying for the times I drive as opposed to a high annual premium.. Plus I also know my car is insured whilst my card is parked at home. Plus other benefits such as tracking system included! Their Customer service has always been outstanding and friendly… Difficult to beat all round! Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

I have been using By Miles for a short while and I am already very impressed by the service. I like that my miles are tracked and I only pay for the miles I drive rather than trying to guess my average mileage each year! I used the chat service recently to change my address and the team were lovely and very efficient at getting this updated. I have already told my family and friends about By Miles and I would not be surprised if they switched to it. I certainly will be sticking with them for a long time!! Thank you for everything! ByMiles is by far the best insurance company I've ever used! Easy set up, customer service is second to none. The whole system is very up to date and modernised. The layout is qwerky and not so boring. The features on the app are brikkinat and easy to understand! 100% recommended this company. There referral to a friend deal is brilliant also, very fair.
