By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Nothing to complain about.

Having nothing to complain about any business must surely be very good indeed. And that's how I feel about By Miles. I know my asset, my car, is insured with them and I know if I don't drive it much I will pay less. That's a very fair system of insurance and that's why I've been with them year on year. Underrated!

Best insurance company by a country mile, been with them for just over 7min that had no issues with them what do ever. The tracking device came in a matter of two days, witch was easy to fit with the instructions. When needed to get in touch with them the live chat was super easy and they customer service advisor was great help! Will be with this company for the foreseeable! Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Amazing service, cheap insurance!

ByMiles has been great! It encourages me to drive less and in return, spend less money on my insurance which is what everybody wants! The handy little tracker also lets me know if I have gone into the dreaded congestion charge zone when driving in London and if I need to pay a fee or not! ByMiles handy app lets you keep track of everything and some neat stats too. Will continue to use for the foreseeable! Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
