By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

This is a great company, if I haven't used my car as much, I pay hardly anything for that month. If I use it a lot it still is very reasonable. I am informed of my usage and bill every month. I know where I stand and I'm very happy with the arrangement. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

I wish I'd discovered this earlier as the money I'm saving compared to traditional insurance is ridiculous. It definitely made keeping my car a viable option when weighing up the running costs.
