Really happy with this company, on my second year after a decent reduction from my first year. You can't ask for much more than that, providing the reductions keep coming I'm happy to be insured with them. The best by miles

I joined by miles two years ago and have never looked back. My intial quote was by far the cheapest price around for the best cover available. Using the app I can track my journeys and costs as well as plan routes ahead of time. The customer service I have experienced is exceptional with no waiting on hold on phone lines but through quick and easy live chat with friendly and helpful staff. I annually shop around but still no one comes close for price or cover, the only time my premiums have come down annually rather than go up has been with by miles! I would and do often recommend by miles to friends, family or just anyone who is interested. They are the best...by miles. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Convenient and cheap

I've been using ByMiles for a year and a half now and I seriously don't want to go back to old school insurance. The only issue I have had is the box not tracking some miles but thats could be more of an issue with my car as it old... and a Peugeot. But even then, support are fast and very competent.
