Easy installation of the device, easy to use companion app to keep track of your trips with extremely accurate tracking even though I park under a car park. This will be the first time I ever renew with the same insurer - something unheard of in this industry! Reviewed on: 21st September 2022

I first found out about By Miles during lockdown, where my car was basically just sat on my driveway. I cannot believe how simple it’s been and financially it’s been a massive help. Wish I had know about By Miles before, very easy to set up and love the app that tracks how much I've spent on driving. By far the best innovative car insurance company I've come across and I get to save money this way, which is what we all need right now :) Possible cash back too at the end of my annual policy! This is my second year with By Miles and can't fault them for price and customer service. Had a few problems with setting up my device originally, but they were rectified within a day or so by their wonderful customer service.
