I've been with By miles for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. They are so helpful and easy to talk to there, clear communication without loads of faffing about. I pay for exactly what i need which is not a lot as im more conscious about the miles I drive too. I have recommended By miles to family, friends and neighbours. I think it's a fantastic and invaluable service that is the most affordable option i have found. If all stays the same I'd be hard pushed to go anywhere else for my car insurance.
