My Credit Union. A friend for many years.

I have been with my Credit Union for a good number of years, during which time I have enjoyed a number of low cost loans, savings, which I still hold and entry in the lottery with a couple of wins. When I applied for my most recent loan, I was offered some very helpful advice upon how I could reduce the interest payments by securing the loan amount with savings which I currently hold. I don’t believe any mainstream bank would have offered such helpful advice and I am delighted with my repayment schedule which also pays a small amount into my savings as the loan is paid over the agreed term. I have always felt comfortable speaking with the Credit Union Staff who, in every case has been friendly, approachable and patient in helping me to understand all aspects of their wonderful service and I have already recommended them to family members. Great savings

Easy to join. Easy to transfer money or withdraw. App is very handy as well. Good selection in saving accounts. Any time I have questions customer service is always very helpful. My Credit Union

Safe. Dependable. Easy to deal with when I need them.

I'm able to save a small amount each month, and I know it is safe and accessible if and when I need it. Because it's so dependable, I haven't had many live dealings with CCU, and that's a relief - I'm not familiar with the financial world! Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
