Fantastic overall cover and customer service

I unfortunately had to make a claim last year, and was really impressed with how well we were taken care of. In addition, upon changing our insurance when we changed caravans I was extremely impressed with the fact that I was advised the cheapest way for me by customer support, and was given 31 days to sell our old caravan within the cover. Also, having new for old cover on the standard policy for the first 5 years of a new caravan is great. Finally, I was concerned that having my first ever claim would increase my premiums, and was really pleased to receive a reasonable renewal offer. I didn't bother this year comparing prices because I felt that in terms of the cover provided, that the renewal quote was great value. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019

Great package

Great sites, helpful staff, excellent facilities.

Always find the staff very helpful. The Club’s policy of allowing you to select your pitch is excellent, unlike other organisations. The quality of the facilities available on site is not equalled elsewhere. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019
