Service Second to None

From the time I picked up my caravan the service has been excellent; from arranging cover with the helpful and friendly advisor to having to claim for damage to my caravan involving another car. What could have been a difficult process due to lack of co-operation from the other side, from arrangement for repair to recovery of cost was efficiently taken care of, and I was regularly kept informed. Excellent prompt service

Following a minor accident that damaged the windows on the off side of a brand new caravan I submitted a claim following the instructions and a cheque was dispatched the same day that the claim was received.
