Reacts and responds quickly when disaster strikes

Had an unfortunate occurrence leaving a narrow drive with my caravan and grazed the back end of my van. The repair solution was all undertaken and overseen by the Insurance support and all very painless and trouble free for me. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Allegance to Alko Products

I find that there is a distinct connection to the use of alko products and the amount of discount appropiate to ones quotation.ie the more alko products you have the better the discount. If you do not have Alko but use equipment as good as no discount is given. For example I have difficulty with the line up the Alko wheel lock but if I use an equal or near standard no discount applies Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Competitive and Friendly Service

Having had to make an insurance claim for a caravan that was seriously damaged and not repairable the claim was dealt with very quickly and completely to my satisfaction and hassle free. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

The best and most trusted cover money can buy

I would not trust any other insurance when holidaying in the UK, or abroad. Even though I haven't had to claim. Many of my caravan friends have claimed over the years with nothing but praise for the club insurance. Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Good service and standards are often exceeded

We are always pleased to stay on a caravan club site, you can be assured of a warm welcome and clean facilities, in case of difficulties there is always someone to help. We rarely stay on non club sites as they may appear better value but when you are waiting for a shower you often queue, many of them have a small number of facilities often too few for the size of the sites.
