Efficient and knowledgeable

Knowledgeable ,courteous and friendly

We are fairly new to caravaning, but whenever I have need to contact the club for bookings, insurance or any other info they have always been extremely helpful, patient and courteous. We had to insure two caravans recently , while selling one on. Staff were so helpful working out the most cost effective way of doing it. And the cost was so reasonable . All the club sites we have stayed at spotlessly clean and well cared for. Really friendly and helpful staff. Brighton being a favourite . Each time we go we stay longer.
