Peace of mind.

I have been a caravaner for 40+ years and have always insured my caravan wi`th the Caravan and Motorhome Club (formerly the Caravan Club). I do so because they provide a fully comprehensive policy and although I have only made a couple of minor claims against my policy over the years, have always found the claims process to be swift and efficient. I have confidence that the club insurance is a market leader and the whole ethos is to provide help to members in their ‘hour of need’. Reviewed on: 31st July 2018

Quality assurance and honesty to cover with peace of mind.

Insurance is risk with all the get out clause that can be built in to lessen the cost. Our caravan was damaged with vandals and it was of age. A 12 year old Pageant and immaculate, Sue and I felt sick with what was done and the police was sympathetic, I was convinced the insurance would write it off. But true to their word the caravan Club Insurance was no fus and straight. An assessor came out ans saw the condition was as new, (Bar for the damage). The result was no fuss or quibble and a cash payout But it was a long 7 months sourcing the parts and a brilliant caravan repairer and she was black as new. Things were not the same and Sues 65th Birthday we pushed the boat out and decided to by a new van. Looking for a new home for our trusted old caravan we failed so we bought a new Elddis from Glossop and to our amazement they saw our van was in such good condition, they came to the rescue from scrap and found a new home for her. Melbourne Australia. So thank you all round but more so to our Caravan and Motorhome Club's insurance. Long may our old van travel the world because of the insurance. Reviewed on: 31st July 2018

Satisfaction
