Very quick response and agreement for work to commence. No quibbles.

I Would definitely recommend the Caravan and Motorhome Club

Unfortunately whilst on Holiday this Year I encountered some very severe Weather Causing damage to my Awning Ripping it and Damaging the Poles beyond Repair.I have been a member of Caravan Club for over 30 Years i think in all that time i have only claimed once before for damage inside of the Caravan and the way both claims were dealt with was Excellent the Staff were very friendly and Professional in every way thank you very much. I had to make a claim, excellent service.

I foolishly left my caravan forward facing sky light open , it was peeled off by the wind. CAMC covered the cost (apart from excess) . Very happy with the repair. Reviewed on: 21st September 2017

Thumbs Up

On holiday abroad the worst happens NO CARAVAN! One call and MR Fix IT takes over, a piggy-back ride for our van and accommodation for my wife and I. To add to our predicament a local holiday weekend, not to worry just go and treat it as part of your holiday and enjoy yourselves we are told. So we did, enjoying the wonderful location of our hotel and the local beach along with the great restaurants to be found on the door step. BLISS. CARAVAN REPAIRED and reunited with us,off we go again on our travels. The cherry on the cake we submitted our claim form and received a cheque within days. HAPPY DAYS! Great Insurance!

Tailor made

The motorhome and caravan club is tailor made for us as older caravanners, it's easy to apply for a policy and all the information is easy to understand. All the things we care about and which matter are covered for us, including overseas trips and our equipment. Knowing that with the 5 star cover we can replace our caravan with a new one if need be is very reassuring. I heartily recommend it . Reviewed on: 16th September 2017
