Fortunately I haven't had the need to use this insurance to date but it is nice to know that such cover is there should it be required. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Satisfaction

In a way Insurance is a distress purchase. You need it but you don't want to pay for it. ( rather like buying Fuel ) however my wife & I are more than satisfied with your cover, service & value for money. To add cream on the cake - we would not be having holidays abroad if it wasn't for your comprehensive cover for my wife . Nine out of 10 Insurers are not interested in her issues so refuse to cover her . However thanks to the Club Insurance we can continue with our holidays to France in the van for a few more years, which gives us something to look forward to twice a year & also will extend our interest & indirectly our health. My wife always comes back from 7 weeks away in the van looking so much more alive & well. This is only thanks to the Caravan & Motorhome Club Insurance. We can't thank you enough. Without this cover we would be restricted to holidays ( where we still have the Club Insurance ) only to the UK, which we still enjoy but we do like to travel into Europe as well. All encompassing

As a new caravan owner I approached the Caravan and Motorhome Club for insurance. At first it seemed a bit expensive but they explained what it included, things other insurance companies didn't include and generally helped us through the process. I then rang around (as I do with all insurance) and sure enough every other company I spoke to were more expensive for the same cover or didn't include everything (one didn't include cover when towing!?!). I'm into my second year of insurance and sure enough after the same investigations they came out on top again. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

For peace of mind I look at the policy and value and then their service. So I have renewed for the third year running.

Given the insurance market, who do you trust and who makes reviews. If its the membership its genuine if it random ? get my meaning, it's business all the way. a very competitive business and i hate it when companies cut their policy just to make up the bottom line and reduce a cover to ensure that they win overall with a reduced cover and service. Professional staff who understood all my requirements

As this year was the first time we owned a caravan and needed to insure it, and upon recommendation we contacted the Club. As novices, I had lots of questions which were answered clearly and patiently before I committed to buying the insurance. No problem

Had a tree fall on my caravan 3 years ago, the caravan club insurance acted very quickly and I was offered a good settlement very quickly, I would recomend this insurance to all caravan and motorhome owners. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
