For peace of mind I look at the policy and value and then their service. So I have renewed for the third year running.

Given the insurance market, who do you trust and who makes reviews. If its the membership its genuine if it random ? get my meaning, it's business all the way. a very competitive business and i hate it when companies cut their policy just to make up the bottom line and reduce a cover to ensure that they win overall with a reduced cover and service. Professional staff who understood all my requirements

As this year was the first time we owned a caravan and needed to insure it, and upon recommendation we contacted the Club. As novices, I had lots of questions which were answered clearly and patiently before I committed to buying the insurance.
