Best and should have never left

I had used the caravan club insurance for years until I received a really good offer from Towergate insurance. What a mistake. They ripped me off because I had an imported caravan, Adria at the time and then had very poor customer service. Still waiting for my NCB letter from them. So glad I went back to the caravan club, honest, helpful and good value and always answer my questions etc. Do yourself a favour and insure with the best. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

Expensive but may be worth it!!

Having never had to claim in 30 years it is difficult to quantify if insuring with the Caravan Club is worth the considerable extra cost. They are however very easy to deal with at renewal time so presumably it follows that in the unfortunate event of an incident that ease of communication would resolve matters speedily.
