To be honest we have never made a claim on our insurance so cannot give an opinion but on the times I have rang up I have received expert advice on which policy is best for my van, often with a cost saving to me. when we got a new caravan I rang to get it insured the girl on the phone was helpful chatty and made me feel she had my best interests at heart. When I sent an update to the policy it was done promptly and they even remembered our conversation about where I was going on holiday and wished me a good one. Brilliant service!
