Having been a member of the club for 40 years, we as a family have met some wonderful people and have some brilliant memories, the club is well organised and has been a .pleasure to have been a part of .Unfortunately due to health problems we have had to retire from the club this year and sold the van we loved so much. We shall certainly miss the friendship of the club and its members, it is with great sadness that we leave for the last time this year but we wish the club and all its members the best of luck for the future Kind regards, Mr and Mrs M Macredie and family. A Bad Experience Good Outcome.

Several years ago we had the misfortune to have our caravan damaged by hailstones in a thunderstorm. On return home I contacted Club Insurance Department who were superb with dealing with the damage repair and payment for everything, so a good outcome after a bad experience. Good Value, good service

It does what it says on the can. Fortunately I have not had to claim so far, so cannot comment on how they are handled, but cannot fault customer service. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

Great service, excellent cover

This is a great value for money insurance, with excellent customer service and no fuss when information or claims are being discussed. I have on one occasion changed to a different company but returned the following year as the Caravan Club can not be beaten for efficieciency, professionalism and downright great value. Best Insurance Company

First time Caravaners rang a few companies the quotes sounded reasonable at first then it got to the hidden addons which made it very expensive.Called the Caravan Club Insurance no messing about the price that was quoted was the price you payed.Thats how to do business Reviewed on: 10th August 2017
