I cannot recommend the club highly enough. Membership is a must

I have been a member for 40 years and the membership fee has paid for itself many times over. The information available on line and in the handbook is invaluable. I have used the telephone booking service for ferries and caravan sites abroad and the service received is outstanding. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and will spend time tailoring your booking to your needs without any pressure whatsoever. We have such peace of mind when travelling abroad knowing that should there be a problem the professional staff would be there at the end of the phone to assist. We have always insured our caravan through the club and unfortunately we've had cause to make a claim on a couple of occasions and again we cannot fault the way everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently with no dispute and no stress it was handled so professionally. We have always recommended the Club to friends family and people we meet away from club sites. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

Very easy to deal with.

I have used the caravan club insurance for many years from our first old van in the 90s to our current new van so far we have never needed to claim, but each year on renewal your representatives have helped with getting us the best cover for price. It's all about confidence and peace of mind with you are dealing with

Customer service with the Caravan & Motorhome Club Insurance is far above any other I have dealt with. I am reassured that I am getting the type of insurance I require which gives me great confidence. Minimum Fuss

I have never had to use the Insurance however as it does not require you to have e.g. two security devices reassures you that in a time of crisis the insurer is not going to try to minimise or evade a claim. It provides you with cover both on or off the vehicle while others may just cover you while off the vehicle. While others may be cheaper - I get peace of mind from this type of cover. Excellent value for money
