A Bad Experience Good Outcome.

Several years ago we had the misfortune to have our caravan damaged by hailstones in a thunderstorm. On return home I contacted Club Insurance Department who were superb with dealing with the damage repair and payment for everything, so a good outcome after a bad experience. Good Value, good service

It does what it says on the can. Fortunately I have not had to claim so far, so cannot comment on how they are handled, but cannot fault customer service. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

Great service, excellent cover

This is a great value for money insurance, with excellent customer service and no fuss when information or claims are being discussed. I have on one occasion changed to a different company but returned the following year as the Caravan Club can not be beaten for efficieciency, professionalism and downright great value. No hassle, no trouble claims procedure

Best Insurance Company

First time Caravaners rang a few companies the quotes sounded reasonable at first then it got to the hidden addons which made it very expensive.Called the Caravan Club Insurance no messing about the price that was quoted was the price you payed.Thats how to do business Reviewed on: 10th August 2017

I cannot recommend the club highly enough. Membership is a must

I have been a member for 40 years and the membership fee has paid for itself many times over. The information available on line and in the handbook is invaluable. I have used the telephone booking service for ferries and caravan sites abroad and the service received is outstanding. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and will spend time tailoring your booking to your needs without any pressure whatsoever. We have such peace of mind when travelling abroad knowing that should there be a problem the professional staff would be there at the end of the phone to assist. We have always insured our caravan through the club and unfortunately we've had cause to make a claim on a couple of occasions and again we cannot fault the way everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently with no dispute and no stress it was handled so professionally. Very easy to deal with.

I have used the caravan club insurance for many years from our first old van in the 90s to our current new van so far we have never needed to claim, but each year on renewal your representatives have helped with getting us the best cover for price.
