Excellent cover, excellent customer service

Insured our van for about the last 8 years now. Needed to use it this year when my husband caught the back end of the caravan. Easy process to follow and our claim was dealt with seamlessly. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

It is not the cheapest but it is the most comprehensive

When I was looking to insure my new caravan I looked at a lot of "on Line" companies, non of them offered the cover that the club were offering to give me, the confidence I was looking for to ensure that my investment in my new van was insured at the best level. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

How to treat & keep customers

my caravans have been insured with the caravan club (3 Caravans in total) for 20 years. In that time I have only had 1 claim. The process was made easy and it was handled very professionally . It was a substantial claim and I was amazed how easily the caravan club dealt with the repairs and made it stress-free. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

The Caravan Insurance which gives you total confidence.

When it come to the renewal of my caravan insurance I did what many will do and that was to make a comparison with other companies and organisations. I had not been using the Club insurance for a little while because it was less competitively priced for similar cover to others. This year I asked for a quote and was pleasantly surprized with the final amount when all the deductions were taken off especially in relation to security items, like the Alko secure Wheel Lock. Of course it made it a great deal better too to have a very helpful sales agent who was professional, personable, and well informed about the product he was selling. I was very happy to sign up.
