Caravan and Motorhome Insurance

I have only had to use the Clubs insurance for one claim several years ago. I could not have had a better experience, quick, courtious and helpful. I am still using the Clubs insurance several years later. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Hassle Free Caravanning

Our van suffered storm damage (very large hailstones), along with the canopy which was ripped from the van. After only one phone call my disappointment was very quickly swept aside as the Club dealt with my problems immediately by pointing me in the right direction to have the repairs done and the canopy replaced,and covering all cost (obviously minus the excess). The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and daft as it might sound it has been an enjoyable experience. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Comprehensively covered

When things in life go wrong there is an expression along the lines".....and then the wheels came off"....and it's true...well, not wheels but ONE was enough!!! Fortunately, I brought the whole unit to a rapidly controlled stop but severe damage was done to the caravan running gear, mover rear steady. A claim was submitted, assessor assigned, repairs carried out and caravan ready for collection in 48 hours by using the spare wheel !!!...enabling us to resume going on holiday. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT except that we are still waiting for a new wheel from Lunar!! Come on, Lunar - Wake up. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Excellent caravan insurance

Courteous to deal with, but they did give our repair centre the third degree re. the repair costs etc. which delayed the repairs. All was good in the end though, so we were happy customers eventually. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Good service when I needed it

The proof of how good an insurance is only becomes apparent when you need to make a claim. I unfortunately had to make a claim a few years ago and all it took was a phone call to get things moving after which everything proceeded smoothly and to my satisfaction. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

'Brand New Caravaner'

Being brand new to caravanning I have just spent much time researching insurance and the quote from the Caravan Club was very competitive with others I looked at. We could have got a cheaper insurance but it was the comprehensive cover of this insurance policy and the fact that it has far fewer restrictions placed on it that made us choose this insurance. The people I have spoken to in the contact centre have all been extremely helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
