Excellent Service

Damage to our caravan was dealt with quickly & expertly. Had to have a new panel fitted & spray painted to match - it is now perfect & didn’t expect it to be so well done. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Good service.

I've only claimed once and it was sorted without fuss, however, that was many years ago. When I've phoned up in recent years I've had good service from a knowledgeable person. My expectation is that I will continue to receive good service and if I need to claim, (God forbid), it will be without fuss. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Total loss claim.

Our caravan was written off after a tree fell on it, and the service and communication was 2nd to none and I have recommended you to lots of fellow campers. The insurance paid out in a total loss claim and dealt with it very efficiently. We were extremely pleased with the service we received, and we renewed our insurance with the club the following year.
