Not necessarily the cheapest, but perhaps nonetheless the best

When I took out our insurance, the agent I spoke to was courteous and helpful and the price I was quoted, whilst not perhaps the cheapest, was still very reasonable. I have spoken with agents since with queries which have been answered most knowledgeably and satisfactorily. I have been extremely happy with the service I have received. The best there is!

Looked at lots of policies out there and the CAMC is by far the best value and best cover out there. Spoke to lots of other caravanners before taking out insurance and the majority of people recommended Caravan and Motorhome Club insurance. I think for the peace of mind and cover for the money paid its very well spent. I want to know that every eventuality is covered to enjoy our breaks away in our caravan. We have also made a claim due to damage to our caravan and I have to say the claim process has been plain sailing with our dealer and CAMC insurance underwriters. 5 star! Safe in the Knowledge.

I have been a caravaner for 38 years and a member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club (Caravan Club) for 35, during which time I have always insured my caravans through the club's 5C's Comprehensive Insurane policy. In all that time I have been fortunate enough never to have suffered any loss or damage and consequently I have never had to make a claim against my caravan insurance. You might think that I may feel a little 'short changed' with regard to the money spent on insurance premiums over so many years, but no not a bit of it. All along I have been 'Safe in the Knowledge' that the investment in my pride and joy has been fully and comprehensively insured and I have been able to rest easy knowing that in the event of some mishap occurring, I would be fairly and professionally treated and protected from financial loss by the club to which I have been a member for so long. From time to time I have sought alternative cover from other insurers but non has quoted a more competitive price nor offered such agreeable terms and although never having made a claim I know from the experience of others, that the club's insurance will step up to the plate should that need arise and provide speedy and reassuring support. The Club saved our holidays!

Some years ago we had our caravan stolen which was a complete shock in itself, but meant that our holidays would have to be cancelled, and what about the future? Thankfully we had the 5C's cover, and the club were entirely fair in their response to our predicament and we were promptly & fully reimbursed enabling us to obtain a replacement. We have used cub site frequently since this incident and have always been pleased with the quality of the facilities, and with the friendly & efficient site staff at the various locations. consequence we have had no hesitation in recommending the Club.
