We found the staff very friendly, polite & professional when renewing our insurance & feel secure in the knowledge that we are covered by a well established & trusted company. We have fortunately not had to make a claim in our time but are confident that if that happens we will experience the same level of help & professionalism as in the past. Really good overall service

I wasn't sure what category various items in and on the van came under, original equipment or accessories. It was all explained by an advisor and I was over insured on accessories , this was corrected which lowered my premium . Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Reliability,responsive quickly on the occasion sthat I had to make a claime.

On 2 separate occasions I have had damaged Windows to my caravan the only hold up was getting the replacements from Bailey.When I was driven off the road by a boy racer on the road into Yellowcraig,causing breakage to my motor over the assessor was very particular in establishing that damage may have been done to the chassis,and had a full inspection carried out.There was no chassis damage and the mover was replaced .I was able to hire a caravan for the pre booked holiday courtesy of the insurance policy.Excellent service Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
