Difficult to beat

A brilliant company - won't use anyone else!

We had an accident arriving at camp abroad in 2022 and I can not fault the CAMC for their help and continued checking in throughout our holiday if we needed any medical care, if we were aware of further damage etc and they flew an engineer out to us in Spain to assess and temporarily repair damage so that we could continue with our holiday. Support once we returned to the UK was also excellent in sorting out a valuation, quote and repair for our caravan. Reviewed on: 9th August 2024

We have reviewed your file and we can see that there were some initial delays of about 3 weeks while we sourced an estimate for some additional work you felt was needed. The subsequent delays have arisen due to your choice of repairer being incredibly busy. We are still waiting for an estimate for the repairs from them and the loss adjuster is continuing to chase them for this. Unfortunately we're unable to progress your claim until we have this information. Please do get in touch with us at [email protected] if you wish to discuss it further.
