Promptly deals with claims.

We had a bad accident on our way on holiday and the caravan was badly damaged and subsequently written off, The Club arranged for the caravan to be taken to a unit close to our home so we could empty it of our personal items and then paid us our full insurance value without hesitation so we could purchase another caravan.
