Long time customer

We have been caravaners for over 40 years and for many of those insured through the caravan club.We were lured away with what we thought was a better offer but it quickly became clear that the terms of the insurance and what they would pay out for were nothing like what was on offer from the Caravan Club so after one year we returned.We have not had cause to make a claim but feel confident that if we do it will be handled professionally.
