We have been with the CAMC for many years and find them very competitive, but the main thing for us is the excellent service - you can actually talk to someone on the phone! Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Great Service

We have been with the CAMC insurance service for quite a few years only needing to use their services on two occasions, both times they handled our problems quickly and efficiently and sorted them out with no fuss. Great service and we would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Great company to deal with

I was in Italy this year and we were caught in a terrible hail storm. Unfortunately, our beloved caravan sustained significant damage. We called the insurance company and they answered very quickly. They were extremely helpful and sent the forms out the same day. I then filled out the forms and they got back to me within days. The assessor has now been out - he was very professional and Friendly. Overall they have made a stressful situation much easier. I have never claimed anything before and I have only ever heard bad stories about insurance companies. I would highly recommend this insurance company. Great customer service so far. Thank you! Comprehensive cover and easy to communicate with

We have been with caravan club insurance for over more than 5 years. We have had to claim on two occasions and on both the claims were settled easily and with understanding. Good communication at the time and reduced the stress of our losses Reviewed on: 29th September 2023
