Caravan isurance

I have been with the club (on and off) for some twenty five years, but always returned as their policies represent the best value. They have also paid me out for both theft and storm damage (separate claims). Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

peace of mind.

I have fortunately, never needed to make an insurance claim in respect to my caravan, however, knowing that it is covered by a Caravan & Motorhome Club policy, gives me absolute confidence, should I ever unfortunately require their services. Effortless and Efficient

It is always difficult to praise what is an effortless and efficient experience. In these days when we are obliged to confirm if we are actually a human being and not "a robot", speaking to a courteous, knowledgeable person is refreshing, and gives us faith in the company we are dealing with. The telephone operator felt like a friend, we joked, and she spent time chatting while actually completing her task of ensuring my details were correct. The whole experience was so effortless and efficient, I had to ask myself if I had actually insured my caravan? When the policy details arrived in my "inbox" before we had even said goodbye, I was reassured and a completely satisfied customer. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

A Definite 10 out of 10

I've always found the staff very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful whenever I've had a query. Repair claimed for had an instant approval so work was carried out almost immediately!
