Easy to set up.

Claim handled quickly simply and efficiently

I damaged my caravan in a towing bump with a fence post, they were really easy to talk to on the phone once I’d gotten a quote to fix. Arranged it all myself but payment was v quick and efficient. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

System Failure

Contacting the club to amend a policy is almost impossible. The online system do not allow changes to policy. Call handling system is overwhelmed. May some are not online !!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

Excellent response to claim request

Luckily we have only needed to use the cover once in 30 years but the claim was dealt with very efficiently. We would not consider using any other company. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

Good so far

Simpler to understand and get the cover I wanted than my previous insurers . Decent price. Not tested with a claim and hope not to. If they were to deal with a claim as efficiently as setting up it would be a five star Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
