Great communication and Information

I hesitated before joining the club as I wondered if it would be value for money. It absolutely is, the great informative magazine, multiple discounts however the biggest benefit to me and my family are the beautifully clean, well positioned sites. We have stayed in numerous sites now and have never been disappointed. The staff are lovely, helpful and really knowledgeable. I'd recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Great customer service

Always used cars an club but switched to saga which were cheaper. However had a no fault claim and their response and care was terrible. Switched back to caravan club whose expertise and care worth paying bit more for in my experience. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Fantastic insurance!

Wonderful insurance that pays out even for any issues with older vans. They replaced our broken window on our 2004 van which was no longer in stock. Excellent service and acknowledgment of the personal value of older vans. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022
