Whenever I have needed their assistance they have always been prompt and efficient

I have been caravanning for over 40 years and had several incidents with my caravan, including damage to the floor when I had a problem with one of the wheels, a cracked window which caused water to enter an damage to the roof. I never encountered any problems when dealing with the caravan club. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Very knowledgeable and friendly crews, no matter what site we visit.

The website is very user friendly, easy to preview, book, change and cancel, if required. Staff on sites go out of their way to be warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Sites are always clean, tidy and well kept. Check in and out is painless, especially when you are running late due to external influences. Have never considered not revisiting a site; says a lot for the service. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
