Excellent customer service

I’ve had to call a number of times regarding my caravan cover. On each occasion the staff have been extremely helpful. They have been quick to sort out my problems and have adjusted the cost of my policy both higher and lower depending on the alteration without charging admin fees. Very easy to deal with.

Arranging cover with the caravan club was easy. I originally swapped to them during covid lockdown in 2020 and was still able to talk it through with a very helpful person on the phone. Renewal is easy too. They send me the details well in advance giving me time to compare. I’ve always been happy to renew as their price is very competitive. Reviewed on: 26th August 2022
