Good service.

I've only claimed once and it was sorted without fuss, however, that was many years ago. When I've phoned up in recent years I've had good service from a knowledgeable person. My expectation is that I will continue to receive good service and if I need to claim, (God forbid), it will be without fuss. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Total loss claim.

Our caravan was written off after a tree fell on it, and the service and communication was 2nd to none and I have recommended you to lots of fellow campers. The insurance paid out in a total loss claim and dealt with it very efficiently. We were extremely pleased with the service we received, and we renewed our insurance with the club the following year.
