The caravan and motorhome insurance was explained in a very professional manner ensuring that I was receiving exactly the policy that was the best fit for me. Claim handled quickly simply and efficiently

I damaged my caravan in a towing bump with a fence post, they were really easy to talk to on the phone once I’d gotten a quote to fix. Arranged it all myself but payment was v quick and efficient. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

System Failure

Contacting the club to amend a policy is almost impossible. The online system do not allow changes to policy. Call handling system is overwhelmed. May some are not online !!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
