Good value and easy claims process

Always found renewal prices competitive and when I needed to make a claim, they dealt directly with the repairers, so I didn't have to do anything. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Taking their time

My eagerness to insure my caravan meant I changed my cover multiple times until I was happy. The team who served me assisted with discounts due to security devices which as a first timer, took a while to work out their proper names and list them. It was a cinch and a pleasure to setup the cover and change it when needed. Eventually I went with the platinum cover as it gave peace of mind “old for new” as well as better protections in other cases. Excellent cover

Excellent support when you are unfortunate enough to need to make a claim
